Satisfaction Guarantee
Something didn't go the way you imagined? In that case, the Satisfaction Guarantee is offered free of charge as a benefit by Expresta.
When ordering printed matter up to 150 € in Expresta, you automatically get our Satisfaction Guarantee. This means that if you are not satisfied with the final printed product, you can opt for one of two solutions:
a/ We will produce reworked printed matter based on your comments.
b/ We will refund your money (including the shipping cost).
We will deduct the amount already paid, including the shipping cost, from the final amount of the repair order. We will send you the reworked printed matters we produce under our Satisfaction Guarantee by the most cost-effective type of standard shipping.
The Satisfaction Guarantee can be applied under the following conditions:
- The printed matter to which the Satisfaction Guarantee applies must be priced up to €150.
- The order must have already been paid for at the time the Satisfaction Guarantee is invoked.
- The satisfaction guarantee can only be applied within 15 calendar days from the dispatch of the order or from the order being ready for personal pick-up.
- The print product to which the Satisfaction Guarantee applies must be complete, in full quantity and not used. Please do not send the printed matter back to us. At our discretion, we will either leave the printed matter with the customer or our courier will collect it free of charge. In that case, it is sufficient if you just pack it appropriately for shipment.
- The guarantee cannot be applied to an order that has already been created under the Satisfaction Guarantee (i.e. it is not possible to chain the Satisfaction Guarantee).
- The Satisfaction Guarantee can only be redeemed by one customer once in a 3-month period.
- The satisfaction guarantee is only valid up to 150 €, for orders of higher amounts we offer you another way to make sure of the final quality. At your request, we will be happy to make one free sample print for orders over € 150 before printing.
