30 minutes of graphic design for FREE
When you choose to print at Expresta, you'll automatically get 30 minutes of free graphic design work with every order. Thank you for printing with us!
Within 30 minutes of work, our graphic designer is able to:
- check your graphic design and correct any flaws
- modify text, colour, size or other graphic elements on your design based on your requirements
- prepare your standard graphic design for print
- create a simple graphic design, for example a graphic design for a business card or an announcement
Our basic graphic services (control, simple graphic adjustments, preparing your graphic design for printing, simple graphic design... ) are therefore free of charge as part of your order.
More demanding graphic work
If you need advanced graphic editing or more complex graphic design (e.g. redrawing a logo, creating a more complicated flyer, preparing a book or magazine), we will notify you in advance that the service will be subject to a fee. We will then agree the time commitment and final price with you. So you can't be surprised at the end with a bill for services you didn't know about. More demanding creative graphic work is charged at a rate of 39 € incl. VAT / hour.
Pricing examples:
- Sophisticated wedding announcement (e.g. 2 hours) - approx. 78€ incl. VAT
- Creative flyer graphics (e.g. 3 hours) - approx. 117€ incl. VAT
- Design of logo (several variants, e.g. 2 hours) - approx. 78€ incl. VAT
- Redrawing the logo from your sketch or picture into a vector graphic form - approx. 12 € incl. VAT
Communication with the graphic designer
- Please write your requirements for the graphic designer in the order process of your printed material, specifically in the graphic design step in the Other requests input field. In this step you can also upload any other documents needed for the graphic designer, e.g. texts, images, logo, etc.
- If the graphic designer needs to consult the design with you, he or she will contact you by email or phone.
- The graphic designer will process your requirements into a graphic design and send them to you for approval before printing.
- You get 30 minutes of graphic work for free with your order at Expresta. If the scope of the graphic work will be larger, we will contact you with a time estimate and price calculation. Graphic works over 30 minutes are charged at the rate of 39 € incl. VAT / hour.
- In case of being unsatisfied with the graphic design, just write your comments to the graphic designer. The graphic designer will incorporate them and send you each modification for approval, so you are always in control. The graphic designer will work on the design until you confirm your 100% satisfaction with the result, because that's what's most important to us! Should your ideas fail to align, as a last resort we will offer you the services of another graphic designer or cancel the order free of charge.
